Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Medical-Surgical ICU setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, ensuring safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment using Epic electronic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certification requirements.
• Maintain optimal patient-to-nurse ratios to provide quality care.

• Hold an active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience, preferably in Medical-Surgical ICU.
• Be certified in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting and clinical documentation.
• Show ability to work in a fast-paced, block-scheduled environment.
• Display strong critical thinking and communication skills.
