Salary Range: $40.00 - $40.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in residents' lives? Join The Center at Grande and provide exceptional direct nursing care in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility environment. We offer on-the-job training and a chance to grow your career.
- 6AM–6PM day shift, with every other weekend off.
- Competitive salary plus $3.50/hour weekend differential

- Providing direct, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
- Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition.
- Educating residents and families on care plans.
- Unencumbered Texas RN license.
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
