Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care on a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The role involves delivering patient-centered care to a diverse adult population across various care needs, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in the Epic electronic health record.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocol and physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Adhere to all compliance and documentation requirements, including licensure and onboarding protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state nursing license in good standing.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting software.
• Certification in BLS and NIHSS required.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (3×12-hour shifts) and maintain flexibility.
