We are seeking a full-time, day shift Registered Nurse (RN) to provide post-surgical medical and surgical care in Tyler, TX.
As a Med-Surg RN
, you will use the nursing process to deliver and coordinate patient care for a designated group of patients within a specified time frame.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- A current Texas RN license
- BLS certification, obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer before providing direct patient care.
- Providing professional patient care based on nursing assessments
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilizing advanced technology to support care delivery
