Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Hospice setting. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in patient assessments and treatments while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Duties:

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in ventilating patients when necessary and monitor their vital signs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Experience:

• Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and medical protocols.
• Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a Hospice setting.
• Paper charting.

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in good standing with the state of Texas.
• Up to date immunizations.
• Must complete all pre-employment screenings required by client.
• At least 1 year under LVN license.
