Reunion Plaza Healthcare & Rehabilitation – Tyler, TX 75703. Salary Range: $26.00–$29.00 per hour. Shift: Any.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Helping your team members grow their careers.
• Examining residents and their records to differentiate normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties related to assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
