American Traveler is hiring a Neuro ICU RN for a night shift travel position requiring ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications and TX/compact RN license.

• Work in the Neuro ICU unit of a hospital environment
• 36-hour night shift schedule (3x12 hours), 19:00-7:00
• Weekend shifts required
• Float required to ICU/IMC/Tele as needed

• Active TX or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1-2 years of neuro ICU experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Travel experience preferred
• Provide critical care nursing to neuro ICU patients
• No travel pairs or groups accepted
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles are not accepted
• Candidates residing in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris counties are not eligible
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
