- Manage irrigation system
s to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed including drainage projects - Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to support healthy growth and proper landscape design
- Install and maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
- Conduct seasonal clean-up activities including leaf removal, debris clearing,
- Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for safe operation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, tree care, and gardening techniques
- Familiarity with irrigation systems management and pesticide application procedures
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or working in potentially hazardous environments
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep and landscaping projects
