4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

SHIFT PAY: $22.75 per hour

Primarily responsible to monitor and review the progress of probationary employees throughout the training process.

This role will conduct job previews for hourly applicants and may help identify training needs through discussions with leaders.

• Monitor and review the progress of employees through feedback meetings and discussions with supervisors, and identify employee training and development needs within the production department
• Help line leaders and supervisors solve specific training problems, either one‑on‑one or in groups
• Partner with HR Coordinator or Recruiter to schedule job preview for hourly applicants; explain all facets of the position and ensure applicants understand the physical requirements and environment during the job preview process
• Instruct employees about exercise activities designed to improve strength, endurance, and the hardening process within the first three days of employment
• Promote employee recognition throughout the production department
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

• Ability to communicate and comprehend English; bilingual preferred
• Ability to engage employees and communicate job tasks comprehensively
• Basic computer and math skills

• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
• Wear required protective equipment in all mandatory areas

• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to work non‑standard hours (holidays, weekends, extended shifts) as needed
