Dishwashers are responsible for providing clean and sanitized tableware for guests, as well as clean pots, pans, and utensils. They maintain equipment cleanliness and keep the dish area organized, working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishes and utensils
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep equipment clean and organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Able to competently operate dish machine equipment
- Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
