Base pay range
: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports the freshness and proper presentation of products in the freezer/cooler/deli areas. You will assist with stocking, maintaining sanitation and temperature control, and providing member service in the deli department to contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; report unsafe conditions to Management.
- Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area; handle claims and returns; zone the area; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; price merchandise and complete required audits and documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
- Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area; comply with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow Cold Chain procedures when stocking; clean the area; monitor fans, drains, and doors; report issues to Management.
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
Minimum Qualifications
:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Acknowledge that you may need to complete required trainings and assessments; comply with job requirements if selected.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
