Overview:
This role involves installing, updating, and maintaining sales floor fixtures and endcaps for leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. You will travel up to 90 miles from home, on average, and complete assignments using mobile applications and technology.
Schedule:
Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required, but weekend and holiday availability may be requested based on store/client needs.
- $17.00 per hour

- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management promptly (within 24 hours of contact).
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team‑based installations (2+ people); provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives and execute tasks to completion.
- Collaborate within the shared services team to ensure operational efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction, meeting shared‑service field KPIs as determined by field management.
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early‑morning and late‑night availability as required.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach comfortably.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data uploads.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; follow planogram directives.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Prior retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
- Completion of all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
- Strong leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.
- Capable of autonomous work with excellent time management and reporting.
