Compensation

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding customers in purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
