We like to say we are a leadership factory disguised as a car wash, because our goal and focus is to help young people learn how to serve, which is the purest form of leadership. We also encourage learning and provide many opportunities to learn and grow while on the team.

Serving the community is what we do, washing cars is just how we do it.

Job Description

LOCAL Car Wash is seeking exciting team members to join our growing team. We're searching for ideal team-players who thrive in fast paced, people focused environments and excel at creating unique, positive, and memorable human experiences (or who want to learn more about how….)

If you're someone who takes pride in being clean and tidy, someone who can confidently address guest concerns (or who wants to learn how to), or someone who can create positive vibes with just about anyone, anywhere, KEEP READING!!!

As a Guest Experience Coordinator (GEC) , you'll be the first and most important impression of LOCAL. You'll have the opportunity to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive on site and leave with a positive lasting memory, oh, and a super clean, shiny, dry car as well!!! This role requires a unique blend of skills: the ability to serve guests joyfully , the confidence to handle unique situations , and the charisma to build meaningful rapport in a short interactions .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service
  • Create ways to be hospitable by paying attention to guests needs and desires
  • Maintain a clean and inviting facility.
  • Efficiently operate car wash equipment
  • Follow necessary site checklists and ensure all items have been accomplished with excellence
  • Ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Serve team members and guests
  • Identify and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Be a positive influence for team culture.
  • Ask good questions, never assume

  • Must be able to be on your feet for hours at a time
  • Must be able to be outside for hours at a time
