We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to join our team in a part-time cashier role supporting our parts and service operations. This position plays an important part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for customers by providing accurate transactions, friendly assistance, and efficient support to the service department.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments accurately for parts and service transactions.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
  • Answer basic questions regarding invoices, receipts, and payment options.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures.
  • Balance cash drawer and complete daily cashiering reports.
  • Support the parts and service team with routine administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front counter or cashier area.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed.
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems or similar software.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including some flexibility based on business needs.
