As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate to deliver a world‑class fan experience, surpass sales goals, and engage our customers. This part‑time role fits your lifestyle, requiring you to work primarily during peak hours such as evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional periods.

• Deliver a world‑class fan experience and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Build genuine connections with fans, showcase product knowledge, and foster brand loyalty.
• Assist in merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Support store operations during high‑traffic periods and special events, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50+ pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Results‑oriented seller with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable with the ability to meet staffing needs during high‑traffic times.

$12.00 – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
