Position SummaryAs a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You’ll Do- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively to provide customer service; maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) while complying with food safety standards.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production training and quality decisions.
- Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence; plan for profitability; maintain a clean work area, secure merchandise, assist members with purchasing, and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Advocate for the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products; assist in training associates to perform job‑related duties.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and partners to identify priorities and recommend improvement opportunities.
- 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods.
- Experience in a meat processing area.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
