Goodwill in Tyler, TX is hiring a Retail Associate. Base pay is $10.25 per hour with non-exempt status. A high school diploma or GED is required.
You will support donation processing, customer service, and sales across a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Lifting up to 50 pounds is expected. Responsibilities include educating customers about our mission, processing donations, stocking and tagging merchandise, and assisting at the register with cash, card payments, and change.
