Compensation

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met.

Front End Checkout associates run our registers, smile, greet, thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. They stand for long periods of time, are ready to help with customer questions and needs.
