COMPENSATION RATE:
Starting Rate: $14.50. Range is: $14.50 – $15.39.

• Engage customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure each customer leaves with the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals, developing retail sales skills and learning about product offerings.
• Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and staying on your feet throughout most of your shift.
• Handle cashier responsibilities accurately, processing payments and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Maintain product knowledge of the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

• Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
