Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
• Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo and Ritz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
• Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from Tyler, TX

Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while effectively representing Mondelēz brands. Capable of managing in-store displays and optimizing product visibility through collaboration with sales representatives.
