We sell, service, and support wide format plotters and office copiers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area, across Texas, and into Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The Role

This outside sales position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business while also building lasting customer partnerships. As a Wide Format Printer Outside Sales Representative, you’ll manage your territory, create new opportunities, and guide customers toward solutions that improve their operations and support long-term success.

You’ll have the independence to drive results, backed by a supportive internal team and a company that values relationships as much as performance.

What You’ll Do Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new customers within your assigned territory
  • Generate leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a healthy, sustainable sales pipeline
Consultative Sales customers to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities
  • Recommend wide format solutions including printers, software, supplies, and services
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and customers

    • Work closely with service, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
    Sales Execution
    • Prepare proposals, pricing, and agreements
    • Address questions and concerns with confidence and clarity
    • Close deals and transition accounts effectively to implementation and support teams
    Market Awareness

    • Identify opportunities for growth within key markets and verticals
    • Share customer and market insights with leadership
    What We’re Looking For
    • Proven experience in outside B2B sales (print industry experience a plus)
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable managing a territory and working independently
    • Goal-oriented while valuing long-term customer relationships
    • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
