Responsibilities- Call, text, and email leads consistently
- Follow up with each lead multiple times to maximize conversion
- Identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Work toward individual sales goals and agency production targets
- Property and Casualty License required
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred and required for Protege Program participation
- Positive attitude with strong self‑motivation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining follow‑up
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Coachable mindset with a desire for long‑term growth
