In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape, guiding customers through our full suite of products and services—including high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies—to ensure their solution best fits their needs.

Responsibilities- Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages based on each customer's unique needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on our latest offerings, pricing plans, and technologies.
- Sales Pitch: Persuade customers in the field, highlighting product advantages and addressing objections.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
- Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support and foster lasting customer relationships.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing in the state of current residence.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
- Availability to work full time.
- Bilingual preference.

The pay range is $85,000.00 – $ per year, including base pay and estimated commissions. Base salary at time of hire: $35,000 plus commissions. Commissions are not guaranteed and vary by performance.
