  Starting at $18.00/hour + a $100 bonus for every home closed.

• Expert Guidance:
  Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities.
• Relationship Building:
  Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers.
• The "Vibe" Manager:
  Ensure the model home looks flawless and welcoming every single day.
• On‑the‑Job Growth:
  Participate in active training sessions designed to turn you into a high‑performing Sales Executive.

• You have a background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception— anywhere where "the customer experience" was your top priority.
• You are organized, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license.
• You understand that the real estate world thrives on weekends and you're ready to put in the work to reap the rewards.
