Join the Future of Connectivity with Metronet! Metronet partners with T‑Mobile to provide high‑speed fiber internet. We are hiring an Account Executive to drive full‑cycle B2B sales.

Account Executive

We’re looking for a fearless, results‑driven Account Executive to join our Business Sales team. The role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—expanding our footprint in the assigned territory or vertical.

Essential Job Functions
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding.
  • Leverage data and insights from Salesforce and other tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and deal progression in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth implementation and long‑term satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity benchmarks.
  • Participate in regular Individual Business Meetings (IBMs) with your Sales Manager to review performance.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to shape strategy.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as requested.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license required; travel may be required based on territory.
