Job SummaryIn the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments. You will work door‑to‑door, interacting daily with consumers and presenting tailored telecom solutions.
Responsibilities- Customized Solutions: Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offers and technical details.
- Sales Pitch: Persuade customers in the field, addressing concerns and objections.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring clients are committed.
- Documentation: Complete paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
- Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support, turning customers into advocates.

Minimum Qualifications and
Essential Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivator, able to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance and satisfactory driving record.
- Current state driver’s license in good standing.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk as required.
- Ability to work full time.
- Bilingual preferred for diverse customer communication.
- Sales‑centric mindset: Passion for sales results and customer rapport.
- Extensive product knowledge: Understand mobile and fixed‑line services and translate technical info to customers.
- Digital proficiency: Comfort navigating CRM, POS, and other sales tools.

Compensation:
Base salary at hire is $35,000 plus commissions. Estimated total pay range is $85,000 – $115,000 per year, based on performance.
