Territory Manager – Tyler, TX

We are actively seeking qualified candidates for business‑to‑business product/service sales in the Tyler, TX market. The position requires the candidate to work from our Plano, TX office on Mondays, with the remainder of the week being remote while conducting B2B sales throughout the Tyler, TX market.

Role Summary

This outside sales position is focused on new business acquisition. The Territory Manager will prospect new business, develop lead generation, utilize CRM to track activity, sell and set up new accounts, and manage accounts you sell.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business (door‑to‑door, cold calling, and networking)
  • Develop lead generation strategies
  • Utilize CRM to track activity and sales pipeline
  • Sell and set up new accounts
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities
  • Participate in training and development programs
Training & Development
  • Three weeks of corporate training in the first 24 months
  • Additional senior Territory Manager training and management training available
  • “Fast Start Program” with three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management

Requirements
  • 0–2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication)
  • Involvement in campus activities; athletic backgrounds highly recommended

  • Determined to be part of a winning team with a burning desire to be successful
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary $40,000 + un‑capped commission
  • $500 monthly car allowance
  • Reimbursement for gas receipts
