Pool Sales Representative - Commission Based

Blue World Pools is hiring 1099 Commissioned Sales Representatives
. Commission-only sales experience is preferred, but not required. We will send you to industry-leading sales training classes.

This sales position offers a strong earning opportunity – you will be selling above-ground pools to customers who are already credit pre‑approved and ready to buy. There are no upfront costs or fees; we will never ask you for money at any point.

Every appointment we send you is with a customer who called us first. They are already credit pre‑approved and ready to talk. You show up, present the product, and close the deal.

• Average Closing Percentage
  :
  The average closing percentage company-wide is 40‑50%. Targets 5‑6 sales per week for each active sales representative.
• Pay Ranges
  :
  Our commission structure is highly lucrative. When you make a sale, we split the profit 50/50 with you. Most reps average $2,500 – $3,500 PER WEEK (≈$600 – $700 per sale and 4 – 7 sales per week).
• Bonuses
  : $25 guaranteed base pay for every appointment you run. $100 bonus for every financed sale and $150 bonus for every cash sale.
• This is a commission-only sales role.
• Paid semi-monthly on the 5th and the 20th.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have full-time access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must be willing to drive an approximate 2‑hour radius of your home.
• Must be comfortable with this being a 1099 position.
• Previous sales commission-only experience preferred.
