Role

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Tyler. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to provide product and service solutions, answer questions, and build strong customer relationships. This role combines customer engagement, sales support, and relationship management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in person to provide product and service information
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account support, and service recommendations
  • Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to achieve individual and team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience and performance
