B2B Hunter Sales Rep – Flooring & Cabinets
$90K–$100K+ OTE | Company Vehicle | East Texas (Field-Based)

This is not a sit‑back‑and‑wait sales role.
This is for the true hunter, the rep who lives in the field, creates their own opportunities, builds real relationships, and closes real business.
If you thrive on autonomy, prospecting, and winning deals face‑to‑face, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do- Hunt and close new B2B accounts (builders, contractors, investors, dealers)
- Live in the field: job sites, cold calls, referrals, networking
- Sell flooring and cabinets based on value
, not price - Build and own a $100K+/month territory within 12–15 months
- Manage your pipeline, schedule, and results independently
- Develop long‑term relationships with blue‑collar professionals
- Bilingual:
English & Spanish - Proven outside sales / hunter mindset
- Daily prospecting (20–25 touches per week minimum)
- Thick skin (rejection doesn’t slow you down)
- Comfortable earning respect with contractors and builders
- Strong closer who also plays the long game
- Month 1: Open 5–10 new accounts
- Month 3: Build a $50K active pipeline
- 6 Months: $250K+ in revenue
- 12–15 Months: $750K–$1M+ book of business
- OTE: $90K–$100K+
- Base Salary + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonuses
