We’re looking for the opposite — someone who’s naturally upbeat, loves connecting with people, and finds genuine joy in helping homeowners solve problems. At our company, we don’t believe in cookie-cutter sales reps. A Solutionist is someone who:

• Listens first, recommends second
• Takes pride in solving problems, not just quoting prices
• Believes customer service and kindness are part of the deal
• Knows how to work hard, stay humble, and have fun doing it

You’ll be meeting with homeowners across the Tyler – East Texas area, offering gutter solutions that actually make their lives better, and building real trust along the way. You’ll have paid leads sent your way (no cold calling here), plus the chance to chase a few leads of your own and really stack your commissions.

• Base salary + commission (earnings grow fast with performance)
