$11.00 to $14.00 per hour.

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

Full‑time retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.32 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the store staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.

The position offers an hourly wage, plus commission based on productivity. Pay is based on work location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with all customers, building rapport to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and displays merchandise.
• Conducts sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with policies.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates to customers the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Completes assigned training successfully.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties requiring standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting for extended periods.
• Must have firearms training and become firearms certified.
• May be asked to assist customers on the exterior of the building or retrieve products from exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math calculation proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate point‑of‑sale systems and common office machines.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers can earn 2‑8% commission based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
