As a Swann’s Sales and Design Consultant you will be providing a shopping experience tailored to each individual client. You will guide and assist customers with product selection and interior design solutions that will bring their decorating dreams to reality.

• Provide a “Focused, Proficient and Professional” customer experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
• Provide impeccable customers service and follow up to build relationships and repeat business
• Provide a unique custom tailored shopping experience that meet the customer’s vision and needs
• Assist customers with product selections and design solutions
• Schedule house call opportunities that lead to “In-store presentations”
• Inspire customers with our high-quality furniture offerings

• Sales and or Design background preferred
• Professional appearance and attitude are critical in this role.
• Willingness to gain on‑going product knowledge through periodic training and education.
• People oriented with excellent communication and strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Some travel may be required
