Job Duties:

• Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers ADT customers, while selling the ADT product suite and alarm services
• Help mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Assist in developing team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
• Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
• Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
• Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
• Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work)
• Leading From The Front

• Establishing a winning culture within your office

Requirements:

• Outside Sales Management (1 year minimum)

Benefits:

• $800 Referral Bonus

Salary:

• Salary: $80,000 - $125,000+ (per year)
