Position Summary: Our Cleaning Technicians play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses after fire, smoke, and other disasters. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with compassion and professionalism. This can be an entry level position with competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Clean and deodorize structures and contents affected by fire, smoke, and other damageHandle contents pack-out and inventory with care and precisionUse specialized cleaning agents and equipment according to training and safety protocolsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentInteract professionally and compassionately with customers during challenging timesFollow detailed instructions and work as part of a team to meet deadlinesQualifications:
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and move items up to 75 lbsComfortable working in environments affected by fire, soot, and smokePositive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learnReliable transportation and valid driver’s license requiredPrior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus, but not requiredIICRC certification preferred, but we will train the right candidateAdditional Benefits:
