Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching holes/cracks with putty or plaster, and applying primers.

Mix/match paints, stains, or finishes; apply using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools.

Protect non‑painted areas with drop cloths/tarps, set up ladders/scaffolding, and clean up job sites/tools.

Follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teams/clients.

Reliable and on time

Professional painting experience Preferred

Experience running a crew, driving a truck and trailer, or operating sprayers is a plus

Clean work and attention to detail

References required.

Dependable, organized, and accountable work style

Ability to maintain quality while keeping projects moving efficiently

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

No formal education or certifications required

  Paid hourly by job or piece work, flexible schedule, responsible for own taxes and insurance.

Projects are primarily residential with some commercial work. Local travel between job sites is required.
