As a year-round Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.

We are seeking a dedicated Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services to join our team in {NAME}, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities through expert power washing services. As a key member of our Facility Services team, you will contribute to creating a positive and professional environment for our customers and employees.

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including corporate vehicles, pumps, hoses, and nozzles
• Evaluate surfaces to determine appropriate pressure levels and temperature settings for optimal cleaning results
• Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from various exterior surfaces such as walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots
• Respond promptly to work order requests and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Conduct regular safety and preventative maintenance checks on all equipment
• Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA regulations while performing cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Perform additional facility-related maintenance duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing or exterior maintenance industry
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical capability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow precise cleaning instructions
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance (preferred)
• State/local licensing where required (e.g., Florida, Texas, California) (preferred)

Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.

Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
