• Assist and work alongside licensed plumbers on residential plumbing service, repair, and installation projects in Tyler, Texas and surrounding areas

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, including leaks, drain clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems

• Install water heaters, piping, fixtures, fittings, and complete residential plumbing systems

• Deliver professional, high‑quality customer service in occupied homes

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and service vehicles that reflect company standards

• Follow safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company best practices on every call

• Actively participate in continuing education and licensing preparation

• Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or a skilled trade environment is required

• Demonstrated commitment to progressing toward a Journeyman Plumber license

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a 7‑year national background check

• Must be able to pass a drug screening. This is a drug‑free workplace, including no THC

• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor
