Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
Apprentices with at least 2 years of hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
Active Tradesman or Journeyman license (with at least an Apprentice License)

Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
Valid driver’s license
