Rub A Dub Plumbing is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Tyler area. If you take pride in solving problems, working independently, and delivering great customer service, we want to talk with you.
Pay & Benefits$25-$35/hr based on experience

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
Install water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components
Troubleshoot leaks, drainage issues, and plumbing system concerns
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Complete service calls and work orders accurately
Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards
Current Journeyman Plumbing License
3+ years of plumbing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
