Sprinkler Service Technician

• Perform sprinkler service work, partnering with customers to address maintenance and repair needs.
• Maintain a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Build and nurture relationships with current and potential customers.
• Promote fire protection services in a proactive manner.

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre‑action, and deluge sprinkler systems, as well as backflow prevention systems and basic fire pump knowledge.
• Proficient in NFPA 13, NFPA 20, and NFPA 24 code requirements.
• Ability to use trade‑appropriate tools for daily pipe fitting duties safely and efficiently.
• Ability to train others to use trade‑appropriate tools safely.
• Minimum skill to operate a basic service platform.
• Minimum three years of experience in sprinkler service and preferred 7‑10 years of overall experience in the field.
• Clear background check and ability to pass a drug screen.
