As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be at the heart of what we do:

• Install, test, and service plumbing systems, products, and equipment.
• Use your expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
• Educate clients on products and services, promoting long-term reliability and satisfaction.
• Handle repairs and replacements, including ordering parts and managing installations.
• Uphold Mink Plumbing’s high standards for safety, service, and craftsmanship.

• Experience: 2+ years in residential service.
• Licensing:
  Tradesman or Journeyman License preferred, or apprentice with 2+ years of field experience.
• Performance-Based Mindset:
  Comfortable working within a performance pay structure.
• Driving & Background:
  Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test.
• Authorization:
  Must be authorized to work in the US.
