Sprinkler Service Technician

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to support a diverse portfolio of service. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations, building relationships with current and potential customers to promote all of our services.

• Perform service work for sprinkler systems.
• Use trade‑appropriate tools to perform daily pipe‑fitting duties efficiently and safely.
• Operate a basic service platform.
• Train others to use trade‑appropriate tools efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, backflow, fire pump and other systems.

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge systems, backflow and minimum knowledge of fire pumps.
• Proficiency in NFPA 13, 20 & 24 code requirements.
• Minimum 3‑year experience in Sprinkler Service (preferred overall experience of 7 to 10 years).
• Clear background check and ability to pass a drug screen.
