Equipment Share in Tyler, TX, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) to inspect, maintain, and repair a diverse fleet of heavy machines. You’ll manage work orders, use on-site tech to diagnose issues, and ensure safety and reliability across rental equipment.
Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours; on-call scheduling may apply with additional compensation. Training and career growth are provided within a fast-paced team.
