Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems;
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical control systems including motors, relays, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, and 3-phase power;
Performs root-cause analysis and implements corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime;
Executes and improves preventive maintenance tasks and updates PM records in the CMMS;
Provides day-to-day guidance and technical support to maintenance technicians
