Perform complex troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks on a variety of material handling equipment, including conveyor systems, automated sortation systems, robotic pickers, forklifts, and palletizers;
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and generates reports on downtime, maintenance costs, and efficiency;
Participates in equipment upgrade projects, retrofits, and installations in collaboration with engineering teams and vendors;
Leads emergency response efforts during equipment breakdowns or critical failures, coordinating with operations and engineering teams;
Performs mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment repairs and ensures safety compliance during maintenance activities
