Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems;
Reads and interprets advanced electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals;
Uses the CMMS to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and report equipment failures;
Provides day-to-day guidance and technical support to maintenance technicians;
Leads continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and facility modifications
