Lennox AES has immediate openings for experienced Journeyman Commercial HVAC installers. Travel nationwide on multi-week cycles, typically in teams of 4–6, under Crew Leaders. Candidates should have 3–5 years in the trade, and be able to obtain state licenses and OSHA training. Outdoor roof work and overtime are common.
Starting as an hourly, non-exempt role, compensation reflects market rates with eligibility for overtime. Must be willing to travel and work on the road.
