Cable's Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Roofing Inspector to join our team in Tyler, Texas
. In this vital role, you'll assess potential roof needs for residential and commercial properties using both in-person evaluations and drone technology. You’ll gather critical information, diagnose roof issues, and help set the stage for impactful solutions — all while delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Do:Roof Inspections:
- Conduct inspections using ladder or drone technology
- Identify and document roof issues (storm damage, wear, leaks, etc.)
- Take detailed photos, measurements, and notes for scope development
- Interpret insurance claims, scopes of work, and estimate needs (preferred)
Reporting & Communication:
- Track and report daily KPIs (inspections, leads, follow-ups, etc.)
- Maintain clear communication with sales and production teams
- Ensure a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction
- Roofing experience preferred (technical or estimating background)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable climbing roofs and/or operating drone equipment
- Great communication and customer service abilities
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and mobile inspection tools)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive and negotiable pay based on experience
- W-2 or 1099 opportunities available
